For the 15th time, First Night kicked off this year with a 5K race leaving from the campus of Skidmore College. 1,500 runners were registered for the event.

Runners gathered early to prepare, and to enjoy meeting old and new friends. After the race orgqanizers had food and music for the runners.




Jay Navin, a Junior at Saratoga Springs High School, finished first in the men's category with a time of 15:47




Keelin Hollowood, a 17 year old student at Saratoga High School, finished first in the women's category, completing the 5K in 18:22
